Active Outdoor Adventures is committed to protecting our customers’ personal information.

Personal Information is defined in the Act as ‘information about an identifiable individual’.

This Privacy Policy sets out how Active Outdoor Adventures collects, uses and protects your personal information from your use of our websites, social media or otherwise in connection with our products and services.

By using our Websites or products and services you agree to be bound by this privacy policy. If you do not provide your personal information, Active Outdoor Adventures may not be able to provide certain goods or services to you. Active Outdoor Adventures is also referred to as “we” and “us” in this privacy policy and when referred to, such reference includes any person or organisation to which it has licensed or assigned its rights and obligations.

We collect your personal information when you fill in your personal details on the online booking form or give the information to our staff during the booking process. We may ask you to fill in a digital check in and waiver before you participate in our activities. We will collect the Personal Information you provide us, and we may also collect Personal Information online from your computer, mobile or other device.  When you book online, by phone call or at one of our sites we collect personal information including:

  • your name

  • your email

  • your phone number

  • your country of origin and where you have resided in the last year

  • billing or purchase information

We may also ask for:

  • age

  • any medical conditions

  • digital signature

What do we do with your information?
We collect your Personal Information in order to provide the best possible service to you while you are visiting our site(s)/using our apps or before you do one of our activities. To this end we may use the Personal Information that you provide for the following purposes:

Online payments. 

Our Websites use third party booking software which at the date of this privacy policy is Stripe.

  • Stripe manage our online payments and use the third party payment solution Payment Gateway.

  • We do not have access to complete credit card details under any circumstances.

  • In the case of refunds, Payment Express use a token for each transaction, which enables us to find and refund your transaction, but we do not and cannot view credit card details

SAFETY SECURITY

I’m a safety and security section. I’m a great place to inform your customers about how you use, store, and protect their personal information. Add details such as how you use third-party banking to verify payment, the way you collect data or when will you contact users after their purchase was completed successfully.
