At Active Outdoor Adventures, we offer affordable, quality, public and private or custom transportation services across the entire Tongariro National Park area at reasonable prices. We know that in today’s world, time is money. That’s why we do our best to get you wherever you’re going on time, every time.

Active Outdoor Adventures has been providing transportation services to the local area since 2017. In 2020 when Covid hit the tourism industry we decided to come together with other operators not only to make it viable for us but also to deliver more experiences to you.

With no international travelers, now is best time to do the Tongariro Crossing.

Please note that, due to the decrease in tourists, we may need to contact you to change your booking time, or in the very worst of cases, cancel and fully-refund it. To minimise disappointment, we recommend taking "One Way" shuttles to Tongariro Crossing. Although, we will do our best to accommodate you.
